When hiring the services of Douro Tour, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below. We recommend reading this document carefully before making any reservation.
1. About Douro Tur
Douro Tur is a company specializing in tourist tours on the Douro River, focusing on wine, gastronomy and cultural experiences.
2. Reservations
- Reservations must be made in advance, through our official website, email or telephone.
- The reservation will only be confirmed after full or partial payment, as informed at the time of booking.
- After confirmation, the customer will receive an email with the tour details.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made up to 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations between 6 and 2 days before the tour will be refunded 50%.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded.
- Douro Tur reserves the right to cancel the tour due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, technical issues, etc.). In these cases, the customer may reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Changes
- Douro Tur may change the itinerary for operational or safety reasons, always seeking to maintain the quality of the experience.
- The customer may request changes up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance.
- Present a valid identification document.
- Provide advance information about dietary restrictions or special needs.
6. Safety and Conduct
- It is mandatory to follow all team instructions during the tours.
- Douro Tur reserves the right to prevent the participation of customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who exhibit inappropriate behavior.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, promotional materials and other communications is protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced without authorization.
8. Forum
To resolve any disputes arising from this contract, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the district of Vila Real, Portugal, renouncing any other, however privileged it may be.
